I had a good laugh when I read that last week.

But it's not the first Apple-related Dilbert joke. Remember the incredibly short-lived (but funny) Dilbert TV show (now on late night on Sundays on Comedy Central)? There's an episode where Dilbert invents a Furby-like toy called the "Dupey". Unfortunately the Dupeys evolve into a higher life form that isn't cute. People hate the ugle Dupeys, so they leave earth to go somewhere where they will be respected.

Here's the Apple reference:
At the end of the episode, Dilbert's Dupey sends a video email to Dilbert. He says the Dupeys have found a place where they are respected for their ideas and looks aren't important, but that he can't tell Dilbert where that is. The camera zooms out from the Dupey to reveal the building he's working in. It's Apple Computer.
