Well, it's true that you can already virtualise Mac OS X 10.4.10 in VMware 1.1, running on Leopard (see pic).
At this moment it's all unsupported, and because speed is an issue in the virtual Tiger, its not very usable. Just something cool to play around with.

But I can see advantages of virtualising Mac OS X Server on Apple and non-Apple hardware.
