XMIND is it worth it?

I'm looking at the "MacUpdate" $49.95 deal. The only one there that has piqued my curiosity is XMIND. I've been using "Notetaker" off and on for a few years. I also use "Inspiration" monthly and I like that, but neither program is exactly what I'm looking for. The Macupdate says that XMIND is regularly $299, however I found their website that says it's shareware...that lists for $129. Has anyone used XMIND, and if so, what do you think of it?

That app looks pretty powerful and appears to have some good features compared to the concept mapping software I use.

How often will you use it? Are you a business user, casual user, or student? If it's something you know you'll get a lot of use from and will increase your productivity, then it's a good deal.
