Hey everyone. I am trying to find some new, good recipes that I can try. Mainly stuff that one would eat for dinner.

So, could you guys post your favorite recipe here? Make sure its exact, ex:

3/4 Cup Diced Onions
1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce

Like that. Don't just put "some tomatos, onions, and garlic"

Meh, that thread sucked. There were like 4 real recipes posted in it. Thats why I started this one.

Crazy Dip, a great salsa

1 4 ounce can green chilies, chopped

1 4 ounce can chopped balck olives

2 medium tomatoes, chopped

4 chopped green onions, including the green tops

3 tablespoons oil

1 1/2 tablespoons red vinegar

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, or to taste

salt and pepper to taste

Mix these ingredients and serve with Doritos or your favorite chip!

Not a recipe really... more like a presentation suggestion:


Make eight baseball-sized wads of aluminum foil.

Take Pillsbury Grands biscuits out of the package and roll each of them until about 5-6 inches diameter.

Wrap each flattened biscuit around a foil ball. It should cover more than half the ball.

Bake foil side down at 350 degrees until nice and golden brown (probably about 15 minutes, but your oven may differ).

Fill with chili, stew, or a nice thick soup. Because you've cared enough to make the biscuit bowls yourself, people will assume you also made the filling yourself, even if you just poured a can of Chili Man into a pot and added some green onions.
