How Do I acces the Freaking iPod

I am looking around everywhere here, and everyone is saying just SSH into it yad yada.

but HOW do you do that, there is no instructions.

Can someone please tell me how, and the easy way, no terminal, I have an SFTP and SSH ftp yada yada application, I use Cyberduck, I know the password is alpine, but dont know the username or the address.

you need to read the whole thread. You probably missed this part.
You may not have ssh installed.

Not sure which jailbreak you used however, go into installer and do this.

First, click on the Uninstall button at the bottom.
Do you see any of these 3 items?
1. Community sources.
2. BSD Subsystem
3. Open SSH

Whichever ones that you DO NOT see, you will need to install.
If that is the case.
Click on the Install button and look for the above items and install them.

After that, restart your ipod and then try using the cyberduck.
