Mixing mp3s

I have 3 mp3s I'd like to mix together to make one track on a CD. I was wondering what is the best program to do this with?

Ableton Live, FTW!

Although it is rather technical....a lot of artists use it to make their mix CDs these days. I use it for my radio show, its awesome.
