Slide to Open works, but once unlocked lower part of screen does not work.

Girlfriends iPhone is acting up.
the Slide to Open works and slid to answer works. But once the phone is unlocked absolutely nothing works. The dock icons do not work. end call does not work. whats up with that.
this happened to my phone before but I forgot what I did to fix it.

She restored a few times and no go? Concierge is the only option?

All of a sudden this is happening to my iPhone. Did you remember what you did to fix it or did you get it replaced?
 
Just got back from the Easton Apple Store. I had an appointment with a Genius @ 4:00.

My genius was very good, as well as being nice and friendly. I showed the problem to her and she immediately replaced my iPhone. A very hassle free experience.

I'm very satisfied. Great service! 🙂
