1. can you boost your money once and then buy from that money?
2. i live in Israel and my English is not so well - in the movies that i download, is there a chance for subtitles?

not exactly sure what your question is but Ill try to answer #1.
If you get a gift card with say $25 on it, you will log that number under your account in the itunes store and than you have running tab until you use all the money up. As far as subtitles, I do not believe there is an option.
