I've got the Miglia TVMini HD from eBay (because they're discontinued now) and I was using it last night and I was getting a 96%-99% signal strength and it would work fine for the first few minutes of watching it, then every few seconds it would break up and get blocky. I thought 96% was enough to get a nice constant signal. I am using the QAM tuner. I heard that over-the-air signals can actually get worse if the signal is too strong but, does this affect QAM? If so, how can I lower my signal to get a nice consistent picture?
