App to sync music/photos/files.....?

Is there an app out there that will allow me to sync files other than bookmarks/contacts etc?

How do you guys ensure that all your computers have the same photos for example?

.Mac syncs your stuff with other Macs...

I use Synchornize! X plus. Its a very good program and easy to use.
