I am getting my itunes all set up and trying to delete all the duplicates and getting rid of the "crap".

I have alot of files that could "could not be found"...

Here is my deal: I DON'T WANT THEM, is there any way to sort the songs so all of the files are together? That will allow me to delete all at once!

Suppose you could create a playlist of crap + duplicates and then when you want to delete them all press opt+backspace.

You can use View - Show duplicates to see all of your duplicates, however some may be legitimate.

Edit:

Also to remove dead track you could use something like this

xUKHCx...thanks! the only prob I have is that i still have to select the hundred or more files that could not be found... If I do this, I might as well do what I have been doing. Taking forever!!
