Unlocking an iPhone with a Mac but used on windows.

Well I finally hacked my iphone with my mac. A friend of mine has a windows machine and an iPhone. I was going to unlock it with my computer for him. Will this work? will this screw my itunes or iphone up? Also will he be able to snyc with his windows machine? Thanks for the help!

Yep it's fine..when he goes to sync for the first time on the windows machine itunes will say 'you cannot have this phone syncd to two music libraries delete existing library' you say yes, and thats it :)
