In Excel '04, How to get format box back?

I accidentally closed the little box that floats around and expands and contracts that has all types of formatting stuff in it, and I can't find how to get it to come back again. I googled but since I don't even know what the box is called, I didn't get any good results since "formatting box" brought up a lot of things about formatting cells, but nothing about that box itself. Thanks!

Thanks! I was looking under "window" but now I see all the things I wanted to see under window are under "view."
