nuke? as in the program that remotely crashes Windows? what do you intend to use it for? if you intend to use it for malicious purposes, i hope you get caught and fined.

Using the nuke program is just as harmless as the security holes microsoft puts in their software...

I can imagine how harmful it COULD be.

But in most cases it won't be that harmful.
