An email I received from ProClip yesterday.


Next week we will have the following three Holders for cable attachment available. You can place your own cable in the bottom of the Holder to make a dock/undock solution as long as your cable plug has the same design as the following plugs. See link to images below:

So what does this all mean? Did the proclip not charge your iPhone before?

nice find, kwjohns! i'd be tempted to get one of these if i hadn't just purchased their adjustable tilt and swivel one that accommodates the iphone with a thin case...

the other versions didn't have a dock port built in like that - they were open on the bottom (still allowing you to plug in a charger, though).
