hi all. i tried to think of a solution for this problem but im not very good when it comes to iPods ( i only got my first iPod 2 months ago) anyway here goes.
my girlfriends dad has got a 5th Gen iPod, he plugged it into his windows based laptop and it said that the iPod needed restoring, which he then done. now when he plugs it into his laptop the little sign ( do not disconnect) appears but the laptop does not recognise the iPod, so he cannot sync his music back onto it. how can i get this to work again. ( my solution would be to buy a mac, but my girlfriend has already tried that one) Any help would be greatly appreciated,
also he is using the latest version of iTunes.
