iphone not charging

iphone not charging...through computer or wall charge port. when i first plug iphone in it charges for about 30 seconds(lightning bolt shows); but then it just stops charging and plug symbol shows in battery symbol.

try discharging it completely, then recharging it

Or try restarting it. Mine said it wasn't charging up once, but after I restarted it showed the full battery it actually had.
