iDVD audio synch problem

I am having a problem with iDVD. The problem occurs when I burn a disc. For some reason, about 1/3 of the way through the disc, the audio gets out of synch.

When I preview the clips in question, in both iMovie and iDVD, the audio on all the tracks is just fine.

The problem ONLY seems to occur when I burn a DVD.

I have the following

PowerMac G4 1.42
2 GB RAM
Jaguar 10.2.8 with everything up-to-date

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

somebody told me that the reason that I was having this problem was that I had my camera set to 12 bit sound instead of 16 bit. THis makes not sense to me, but I am not that technical minded when it comes to sound stuff. However, it worked. I hope that this helps.
