The XP installation on the Mac is just as vulnerable as on a PC, but the viruses wont affect the Leopard/Tiger installation :)

I've never heard of a case where someone did, but it's better to be sure anyway. AVG Free is probably about all you need.

A mixture of AVG Free and Ad-Aware Free always worked well for me :)

No, Delete/uninstall XP and reinstall. Virus gone.:)
