iPod touch "Real" Ipod touch max video size

You know how the 5G iPods can play MPEG4 video that is wider than 640px as long as the total pixel count is less than or equal to 640*480 (307200)? So, 720x400 would work, for example... what's the max real sizes for the touch?

They support the same video resolution, so im assuming it's the same.
