View Full Version : Holiday Bonus Wish List?

So I got a holiday bonus and now I am wetting my whistle with all the ideas of what new Apple gear I might get.

I have an iBook G4/1.33 and a MiniG4/1.42 (media center). It's time to join the MacIntel game and the debate is pretty much up to selling the iBook and getting an MBP, or keep the iBook and get a 20" iMac. I don't need two portables, though keeping the iBook/iMac option does allow a good opportunity to have a Mac be left in the living room for casual browsing by whoever.

Anyone else in this situation?

No, but I just got my first Mac in August. There is no way in hell I would buy a 20" Imac.

This 24" Imac screen is soooo awesome.

Keep the iBook, get the iMac. Will make the perfect combo.

heh, We finally are getting the cost of living increase that was promised to us 3 years ago, and it's only retroactive from Dec. 1st. Heh, holiday bonus, those don't exist.

x2 get the imco with out asking any questions. your really going to love that screen,plus you will still have some portability if need be

Although I do feel you on the big screen, I have a 2nd 19" monitor as well. The iMac can use this as an extra monitor if I wish.
