Age of Empires III, DVD bypass?

Hey, I am wondering if it is possible to play AOE3 without the dvd. My brother somehow managed to crack the disk in half and I really don't want to buy it again. Is there a torrent for the disk?

Well first of all, id just like to remind you that if you did not originally purchase the game, or it was purchased for you (gift) than it is piracy.
Second, there are some patches available, however, they do not work with Leopard.
