Anyway to make the bottom dock look like the side dock?

Hey,

Does anyone know how to mod the bottom dock to look like the side dock?

Open Terminal and type the following command:

Code:

$ defaults write com.apple.dock no-glass -boolean YES; killall Dock

For more customisation, I strongly recommend Candybar 🙂

Can you also tell me how to change it back? I'm gonna keep it this way, I'd just like to know in case I needed to for some reason.

The same, but replace YES with NO 🙂

there are also apps that do that (google for it) if you dont like terminal
