Why does it say 'blackbird' under my iPhone clock?

Just this morning the word 'Blackbird' appeared under the clock when it's in sleep mode.

A bit random. A bit worrying.

Anyone know why?

It was the name of the last song you played, thats all.

Really? Didn't know I had that song!

Just played something else and now the date is there instead. Why isn't it showing the new last song instead?

PS. Just got the iphone, so still learning all this stuff. Thanks for your help.

what you probably did was pause the song and then leave the ipod app
this means the song is still ready to play, but as you dont have album art it shows the normal wallpaper rather than album art

just a guess...

Just tried pausing the song and the word 'blackbird' hasn't reappeared under the clock ie however it happened the first time, I can't make it happen again.

Not a big deal... just a bit weird.
