I suppose I could look it up, but I admit I don't remember what "Platinum" is.

Ah, such old times. I didn't know what At Ease or PC Exchange were (and still don't remember them after a search on Google); I remembered the others though!

This is the stuff I grew up on in school - all the way from the 3rd grade though my senior year of HS was done on Macs - none of which had OS X. It wasn't out yet.

Actually, I'm familiar with all of them. (Maybe this is just me showing my age.)

However, I think you missed some. Allow me to enumerate:

ADB
IWM / SWIM
RAM Resistor Snipping
Signatures Inside of Cases
SCSI
Crystal Raider / Crystal Quest
MacMan (both the game and the joystick adapter)
MacCharlie
Dynabrick / MacLuggable
DiskDup+
Dark Castle
AppleTalk (the hardware, not just the protocol)
Bernoulli drives
FDHD
Timbuktu
TOPS network software
Font/DA Mover
Mode32
CMD + OPT + X + O (Remember which Mac this worked on?)
Adobe Type Manager

Polls only allow ten, sadly. :(

I'm surprised Platinum is the lowest scoring word so far... tied with MultiFinder.

I remember them all (both lists) except Platinum. WTF was that?

IIRC it was an Appearance set for OS 9 (and possibly earlier).

Platinum was also the official name of the case colour from around the time the SE/30 and the IIci were released. A distinctly paler beige, for the more discerning gentleman or lady user... :D
