I use bootcamp with MBP, but many people with MacBook are more successful using CrossOver (no windows overhead) than with bootcamp (windows slows it down).

Search and browse the game forum! There are plenty of threads on these topics:
MacBook crossover
MacBook Orange box (maybe orangebox)
MacBook TF2
MacBook Team Fortress 2

On MacBook or MacMini CrossOver is better than bootcamp for many of the games that it support.

On Macs with dedicated GPU, such as iMac, MacBook, or MacPro, it's better to use BootCamp for the fastest speed.

Yer I use CrossOver... if you apply to be a Advocate and get accepted and do your job then you get CrossOver free forever.
