I just moved a usb drive from my PC to my new Mac. When I look at the More Info it reads I have read permissions only. How do I change this so I can edit the files on this drive?

You're going to have to format the drive to FAT32 or HFS+ to be able to write to it.

Wait! There is a program out and about that lets you read AND write a NTFS drive within OSX.
I can't remember the name of it, it allows you to work with the bootcamp drive, and NTFS externals...
