iPod lost all of my photos

the apple store cleared my whole hardrive losing all of my pictures and songs.my ipod has them still can i tranasfer my ,music and my PHOTOS from my ipod to my mac book??]

i got all of my songs back with senuti anyone know an application to get photos back??
