iTunes Wifi store: No taxes on purchases?

not sure if this was discussed but for the first time last week I bought a couple songs using itunes wifi store. When I check my bank account today, I noticed that Apple did not charge me any sales tax on those two songs, which is normally 4 cents on a .99 song (VA). Has anyone else noticed the same thing?
