cover flow issue

yeah so i just got an ipod touch 16 gig and every time i go into cover flow about ten seconds into it it just goes back to the home page. its really annoying. it also does this sometimes when im playing a song...

anyone else having this problem?

I think you should take it back, after trying a restore...
