Scanning Troubles
Hi, I have not long ago purchased the above printer. I am having trouble trying to scan to the computer. I have followed al the instructions and when it gets up to 'processing, please wait momentarily' then I wait for quite a while then it goes back to 'Scan document, place document on platen glass and press ^(black n white button), which is the step prior. Please I need HELP!!! TIA😕
