How can I find the .jpg of album artwork in iTunes?

I downloaded a copy of the new Thom Yorke remixes and they came embedded with the artwork. How do I find that as a .jpg? Where is it? I looked in the Album Artwork folder but it was fairly confusing and unhelpful.

Anyone know?
