My Volume is Completely Gone

I have had 10.5 for less than a week now, and now my Volume on the powerbook is completely gone, I can play quicktime files, movie trailers and such with no volume, but in iTunes it won't even play a song or anything, can anyone help? Anyone have the same problem? 10.5 is causing me a headache. I was happy with 10.4.11 oh well.

I'd check in the Sound Preference pane first to see if the hardware is there.

There's another audio plist as well that might do the trick.
