Can this run Tiger?

with upgraded ram at 512mb

speed isnt that big of a deal,i just need somethin ok

It'll run Tiger, but it'll be much faster with Panther.

CPU normally is not a problem, but 233Mhz is just too slow.

In my experience I find Tiger is not great on 400MHz G3 iMac's so you are really pushing your luck with a 233MHz machine. 10.3 would make more sense.
