Crashing

I got an iphone for Christmas and it worked like a charm for the first week. Now it freezes constantly. It won't receive any phone calls now, they all go to voicemail. I restored it this morning and as soon as I touched something, it froze. I don't have hardly anything on it, but 1 movie and about 4 albums. Any suggestions? It's running 1.1.2.

take it back to an apple store and get a new one.

Yeah, they will probably give you a new phone outright if you visit an Apple store.
