WTB: RAM (PC133 and PC2100 SODIMMS) and PCMCIA cards

Hi everyone, I'm looking for three specific things:

1) 1GB PC2100 RAM for an iBook G4 (1Ghz model)

2) 512MB PC100/PC133 RAM for a Powerbook G3 Pismo

3) A media-card reader that fits in my Pismo's PCMCIA slot. I haven't found anything like this yet, and am using a USB one - which I hate. I'd love to have it "built in".

Thanks, but I'm hoping for a card reader that can read SD and XD cards. Sorry, I should have been more clear.
