I like having a spell checker in a forum like this - but it would be nice if it knew about words that are Mac related such as iTunes, iPod, & podlist.

I don't think this forum has a spell checker but the browser you're using just might. You can always add those words to your dictionary.

My browser spellchecker is generally accurate, except it spells MacRumours 'MacRumors'. Weird. Will there be a fix for this at any stage?

Yes, very soon...

"SPRINGFIELD, MA -- 1/04/08: Merriam-Webster has announced the acquisition of all assets of the Oxford University Press, including the Oxford English Dictionary. Effective with the next publication of the OED, 'ou' is replaced with 'o', 's' with 'z', and aluminum is spelled as noted."

I'm guessing that's because it's an american english dictionary that it's using, not a british english one.
