I used the Newton fax capability to submit a resume while on the road (I got the job too)! As for the size, my Newton 120 was almost to small to take notes at a meeting. I would turn it landscape and write. I never had a problem with the handwriting recognition. My handwritten notes were converted to text and only required minor correction. I could never do that with the Palm Pilot. :):)

I remember my trip to Gotham, Batman came down from a building top, grabbed my Newton and threw it at the Joker and knocked him out, it was great!
