"finder search" on windows?

I love the searching in the finder on Leopard because it allows me to search within the files and its contents, such as text files.

Is there a such thing for windows? Or can Window users only search filenames?

I believe Windows Vista has a similar search setup. There are also a few free plugins available from companies such as Google (http://desktop.google.com/). Is that what you're after? :)
