When I jailbroke my 1.1.2 ipod touch, it installed the installer and another icon called SSH. I just hid it with customize but i am cleaning up my ipod's springboard so im deleting everything i dont need except iphone apps. So, my questions are; Can I delete SSH from my iPod Touch or is it something I need for installer?
and
If I delete installer will it delete all the apps i already installed?

I would appreciate real help and not "Why would you want to delete installer? thats the only point of jailbreaking.."
Thanks in advance to those who answer/help

ps... im deleting customize so thats why i want to know if i can delete those "apps"

ssh is used if u need to ftp into your touch to say install a custom theme but if u remove it and need to access the touch u can always install openssh from installer as and when u need it
