Time Machine clears all Expose hotkeys

This has happened twice in around 2 months so far. If I go into Time Machine, select a large file (lets say, 2GB) and then tell Time Machine to delete all backups of that file, I find when I come back to the desktop, my Expose hotkeys no longer work and when I check in Sys. Prefs., sure enough, all are cleared. I then have to reset them up. So far, this has only happened when deleting large files from Time Machines backup sets, small files are fine.

Has anyone else seen this?
