Zipping a folder?

How can I zip a folder in OS X Leopard? According to Google all I have to do is Control + Click and select Create Archive however I'm not seeing this option.
 
Right click in any way (on your mouse, two tap your trackpad, ctrl click) and click 'Compress "filename" 🙂
