My trusty, and trusted, 4th Gen iPod.

(I hope that the chap who bought from me on eBay is looking after it!)

P.S. I voted for the shuffle since that's my current iPod.

My first generation iPod nano is probably my favourite, after my 4th generation iPod it was just so awesome and small! I am not sure I really got an upgrade when I got my classic.

I don't have a current generation iPod but my favourite of the latest selection is the touch. I have a 2G nano which is jolly nice.

My favourite of all time though is the 3G iPod - the first really desirable wowPod :)

3rd Generation nano for me.

Mainly because it's the best iPod for just listening to music, watching a video every now and then, and playing Phase, without being too big.

My iPod wants are:

1. Big enough to hold all of my media.
2. Smarter than current iPods - and even smarter than iTunes.
3. Big screen (so far #3 conflicts with #1).
4. Be able to make phone calls with my provider.

my ipod touch is my current favorite, but soon I hope to sell my 5th gen with a broken screen for a working older gen and put bluetooth and CF in it :D
then that will probably be my favorite
(see instructables)

I love my 2G Ipod nano, but the touch gets my vote, because its just so damn cool!
PS: I hate the 3g nanos, id take my 2g any day over it.

I absolutely love my 80GB Classic. I would have purchased a Touch but I have 40GB and growing so it wouldn't do.

My favorite iPod is the 4G (clickwheel)

I sold it a long time ago, and I want another one (But that will have to wait with my recent iBook purchase. :))

I voted for 2G Shuffle, since it's the only one I have that's on that list.

I bought a 2G 10GB iPod in 2003. The kind with the buttons surrounding the touch wheel. I have the fondest memories of it -- because it was such a leap in technology at the time. Nobody else around here had one, nobody had even heard of such a thing. The very idea of carrying 2,500 songs in your pocket made me smile every time I turned it on. Unbelievable technology! :apple:

Although I have both a 3G and iPod Mini.. I'd have to say my Gold Mini is my favorite iPod of all time. I purchased my 3G first and later regretted (when the Nano first came out) not having something smaller. I wanted an iPod with a colored shell, specifically the gold iPod. I purchased the Mini from Apple and have loved it ever since. It always goes to the gym with me and I rarely use my 3G!

The funny thing is: I recently purchased a Touch and decided not too keep it because it didn't do anything special for me like the Mini. After purchasing the Touch, I am in no rush to purchase another iPod. I'm going to wait for one to really "speak to me". Plus, this Mini can last forever!

Uhh...
Well, I have a 1g shuffle and a 3g nano.. but if I could afford an iPod touch, I would pick one up today.

Nano gets my vote.
