Is it true that you can return a Mac you have purchased recently and get a Mac that has just come out?

If a new Mac comes out straight away you can return yours for 10% of the purchase price, or if you're lucky convince a manager to take it back :)

14 days
No more than two weeks. And I don't believe there's a restocking fee in the UK, it's a no fuss 14 day exchange afaik. I've been dissatisfied with items I've bought at Apple (eyetv, airport extreme) and taken them back opened for a full refund.

if it's over 14 days then it's a no-go?
