I have leopard and for some reason i hear this reading noise from hard drive every 2 secs. I tried removing logs etc using onyx and nothing works.Its connected to a external hard drive and its not that either.
Its like bits of something is writing to somewhere every 2 secs according to activity monitor
here is a list of my processes.
any advice.
Ok i have installed menumeters and it does show something reading but doesnt tell me what.
PS: i have cleaned my logs out ..through onyx if thats how its done.
if there is another way let me know.
