How to copy and burn a dvd?

I'm actually trying to back up my legit dvds believe it or not and I was wondering how I can do that on an iMac?


What program do I use and how do I go about burning it?
I'm still relatively new to macs so please help!

MacTheRipper to rip, Popcorn or Toast to burn.

mactheripper...auto rips the dvds once you turn the program on or do you have to convert the file or anything?
