iPod iPod Shuffle vs washing machine

Hi! The other day my girlfriend did a laundry, and you guessed it, she didn't notice my father's iPod (a hostage I took so he would keep a promise, actually) in the pocket. Now, eight days later, it works again! I just connected it to the MBP, iTunes fired up, and Boom!, it synched up!!!! Unbelievable! 😀
I've read stories about it surviving laundries before, but when you witness it, it's actually even more impressive!
I love this small aluminum thing!

I actually had a nano, treo and bluetooth headset survive a washing and drying. I was in complete shock. First at that they survived and 2nd that my fiance didnt notice them all in the same pocket.

Sometimes fate seems to be just right...

FWIW, I dried it with a hair-drier for twenty minutes (slightly warm air), and then put it over a radiator for several days.

Yeah, I think you had a smart idea drying it out thoroughly before plugging the little bugger into you expensive MBP 😀
