Restored Jailbroken Phone, after sync from backup, I still have custom carrier

After restore, and before syncing with backed up data = ATT
After restore, and syncing using backup = Custom.

How do I change it back to ATT? Do I need to re-jailbreak, change it, and re-restore?

I had posted that the carrier icon can sometimes remain even after a restore, and that you should change it before restoring.

Only way I know, is yes, to redo it all.

I searched to no avail. Fortunately for me Daiden posted before I did a re-jailbreaking.
