Question about older intel macpro and video

I have a 2.66 Dual-Core macpro with the ATI X1900 currently installed. Is there any current option to upgrade that video card?
I heard that the 8800 isnt ready for separate sale but has anyone gotten one to work that was a windows based one?

It's pretty safe to assume you'll be able to buy it from Apple. But like when the first mac pro launched, there's probably going to be a bit of a waiting period before it becomes available.

On the windows note, like the hacked 1900 firmware, it'll take time...
