Setting Up DSL with G3 & OS9.1

I need assistance in setting up DSL to work with a G3 Dual 450 running OS9.1. The “Ethernet” LED on the modem remains OFF. While the Profiler is accumulating system info the LED does light. The Profiler suggests that the Ethernet port isn’t enabled. What steps are needed to enable the port? File sharing isn’t needed.
